Welding
Precision filling and bonding with no cracks, our team is capable of working with Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless Steel Cast and Plastic.
Water-Jet Cutting
Clean, efficient and precise, our water-jet service produces clean cuts without warping out of acrylic, steel, aluminum, epoxy, and more.
Large-Scale Work
With a capacity for 6' diameter and 40' length, our machine lathe is an example of our capacity to work on large-scale products. We've mounted a skid-steer to our boring machine and even built our own custom milling machine to accept materials 60' long.
CNC precision
Precise turning and milling, with repeatable accuracy. We are equipped with multi-axis, multi-tool CNC machines, consolidating the process and saving time.

Needed 4 gears (according to Atlantic cat) for a speedstar 30k water well drilling rig gear box. Asked several machine shops in burnside to see if they could cut gears and case harden them. Only one shop said they could cut the gears but none could case harden them. It’s pretty sad that of all places Burnside could not do what Todd’s Machine shop could. Todd’s looked at the gears and tested them and said that I only needed one gear - that alone was a 16,000 dollar saving. They cut me a new gear and case hardened it and were reasonable with the price. The gear looked like it came out of the factory. My experience was top notch- thank you Todd.
